Manage end-to-end project purchasing activities including component and new part development, vendor development, cost negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
Lead quality, cost, and delivery target achievement for mechanical components, machined, forged, and casting parts within product and application projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and processes such as supplier selection (RFQ), preventive quality planning (VQP), material ratio planning, and change management for developed/procured parts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
6-10 years of experience in purchasing parts, preferably with project purchasing or program management exposure.
Proficiency with SAP, MS Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including extended travel to the UK for training.
