Own the design, build, and delivery of AI-native agentic and conversational features within ITSM workflows, including intent interpretation, multi-step reasoning, and tool invocation.
Author, test, and validate agentic instructions, system instructions, guardrails, and escalation rules with automated evaluation ensuring correctness and safety.
Monitor and operate production systems with responsibility for conversation quality and issue investigation, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating on platform architecture.
Minimum Requirements
5–7 years of experience delivering production software features, specifically with AI-native application features.
Direct experience authoring prompts, instructions, designing autonomous workflows, or building evaluation for model-driven features (agentic experience) is mandatory.
Proficiency with LLM API integration, agent orchestration, function calling, and retrieval augmentation in production environments.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full-stack development (modern front-end frameworks, server-side, data modeling, API design) with AI-native feature integration.
Demonstrated applied ML literacy, including understanding evaluation metrics, embeddings, model behaviors, and automated testing of non-deterministic systems.
Operationally skilled in CI/CD, containerization, observability, and incident response, able to collaborate effectively across product, design, and engineering teams.
