Design, build, and operate AI-native IT service management capabilities involving model-driven agentic behavior to automate incident and request workflows.
Own AI design decisions across the ITSM domain, including authoring agent instructions, developing evaluation/testing frameworks, and ensuring production quality, safety, and reliability.
Collaborate cross-functionally to define success criteria, maintain system integrations, mentor engineers, and lead root-cause analysis for agentic behavior deviations.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of relevant software engineering experience with demonstrated production software delivery, including AI-native application features.
Direct experience with authoring agentic instructions, AI-driven autonomous workflows, and automated evaluation/testing of non-deterministic AI behavior.
Proficiency in AI integration involving large language model APIs, tool and function calling, and structured output enforcement.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in owning complex software domains or subsystems end-to-end, including architectural decisions and operational responsibilities.
Strong full-stack engineering background with skills in front-end frameworks, server-side logic, API design, data modeling, and CI/CD operations.
Familiarity with ITSM domain and ServiceNow platform tooling is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
