Design, build, and optimize scalable, highly available data pipelines and full-stack systems using Java, Python/Scala, Spark, and cloud platforms.
Lead medium- to large-scale cross-functional projects including requirements gathering, architecture design, development, testing, delivery, and production troubleshooting.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship on distributed systems, data modeling, metadata management, and lead by example as a hands-on developer.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems.
Strong experience with Java backend services, Kafka, Spark, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, NoSQL databases (Cassandra), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience designing and managing scalable cloud solutions on platforms like GCP or Azure, with knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced software engineer comfortable leading complex distributed system designs and scalable data pipeline projects.
Proficient in end-to-end ownership including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and mentoring junior engineers.
