Lead and manage a high-performing Salesforce development team delivering scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, and related platforms.
Own delivery outcomes for Salesforce initiatives including technical guidance, Agile delivery management, backlog refinement, and ensuring high quality and timely releases.
Serve as primary engineering liaison for business stakeholders and architecture teams, driving platform stability, security governance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of strong Salesforce development experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) with hands-on skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead in a Salesforce environment.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe scaled Agile.
Work Experience Required: 7-10 years relevant experience.

Experienced in leading enterprise-scale Salesforce teams focusing on Salesforce lifecycle delivery from design to support.
