Support strategy, analysis, and optimization of North America eCommerce experiences on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Define requirements, support feature development, and ensure effective implementation in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Design teams within Agile.
Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders, manage backlog, and monitor product metrics for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of product or business analysis experience, preferably in digital or eCommerce context.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and proficiency in Jira and Confluence in Agile environments.
Willingness to work hybrid schedule in Bangalore with shift timings 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST; remote work is not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in eCommerce and front-end retail environments focused on digital product analysis and optimization.
Experienced in translating complex data into actionable product insights and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
