Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across Microsoft 365 workloads, endpoints, cloud applications, and hybrid environments.
Monitor, investigate, and respond to DLP alerts and incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and fine-tune policies to reduce data leakage risks and false positives.
Collaborate with security, compliance, legal, and business teams to support regulatory compliance initiatives and strengthen overall data protection and governance.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Purview DLP solutions and managing data security across Microsoft 365 and related environments.
Experience using Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, and Microsoft Graph API for automation.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards including GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, and ISO 27001.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant cybersecurity data protection roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-scale DLP program execution with strong technical skills in Microsoft Purview and associated security tools.
Able to independently troubleshoot and optimize complex DLP policies with a focus on operational effectiveness and user impact.
