Own creation, validation, remediation, and maintenance of customer, contact, account hierarchy, and product master data across multiple interconnected business systems following governance policies.
Monitor data governance reports and operational requests, research exceptions, prioritize remediation, and maintain documentation to ensure data quality and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, Tax) to troubleshoot data issues, reconcile data across platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, HighRadius), escalate defects, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Library or Information Science, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
0-2 years experience working with enterprise data, business operations, data quality, system support, analytics, or related function.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint) and experience with enterprise data, CRM, ERP, reporting, ticketing, or data-quality systems.
