Collaborate with cross-functional and global engineering teams to troubleshoot, sustain, and improve automation projects within established regulations and standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years experience in industrial automation and control system software development covering requirements analysis through release.
Proficiency with HMI/SCADA and PLC programming on major platforms such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, or AVEVA System Platform.
On-site work location in Bengaluru, India (explicitly stated).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in regulated environments such as bioprocess, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors with knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5, GMP, CSV standards.
Hands-on familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA, Modbus, etc.) and Agile development methodologies.
Capable of independently troubleshooting complex automation issues and executing engineering change processes within quality and regulatory frameworks.
