Lead finance transformation projects focusing on processes like P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax Treasury, managing risks and inefficiencies across people, process, technology, and controls.
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to analyse financial data, assess maturity models, design target operating models, and implement performance management frameworks.
Manage project workstreams including timelines, resources, economics, coaching team members, and supporting business development efforts.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years total experience with at least 4 years relevant to finance transformation consulting or advisory.
Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required.
Mandatory skills include leadership of teams and project workstreams, finance process expertise, project management, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
Work Experience Required: 1-3 years experience with at least 1 year relevant to JD stated contradictory years; preference to those with minimum 3 years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in finance transformation with a strong understanding of key finance processes and familiarity with digital finance tools, AI, analytics, and automation.
