Drive reliability, resiliency, observability, and operational excellence for critical platform and application services following modern Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
Lead moderately complex technical initiatives, design, code, test, debug, and document projects focused on platform stability, scalability, and availability.
Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff and act as escalation point for technical challenges.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Experience with Site Reliability Engineering practices including SLI/SLO definition, error budgets, and reliability metrics.
Hands-on scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, AppDynamics, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior engineer with deep expertise in at least one platform domain: Database, Cloud, Network, Compute/Storage, Middleware, or Enterprise Application Support.
Experience operating and troubleshooting large-scale distributed production systems in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud) with complex enterprise dependencies.
Proven ability to lead technical debt remediation, mentor senior engineers, and drive operational excellence using modern engineering and automation practices.
