Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI/ML applications that support automation and insights across core business workflows.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, engineers, product and platform teams, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.
Ensure AI systems are secure, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards in infrastructure, architecture, data handling, and operational readiness.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience with production data science or ML systems.
Proficiency in Python with experience in productionizing models, building APIs/services, and data/model pipelines.
Experience with MLOps and AI production practices such as model evaluation, CI/CD, containers, cloud deployment (GCP preferred), reliability, and performance optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and scaling production AI/ML systems, including intelligent automation and agentic systems.
Strong system design and AI application architecture knowledge including model/framework trade-offs, scalability, latency, and deployment considerations.
Capable of translating business and technical requirements into pragmatic solutions with strong ownership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
