Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree required.
8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in real estate business development, particularly retail sectors (malls, high streets).
On-site location requirement: Kolkata, West Bengal.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong network with developers and key stakeholders in East India retail real estate market.
Experience in financial analysis, negotiation, and preparing client presentations and pitch materials.
