Develop inventory and repair-loop recommendations balancing equipment availability, service level targets, and inventory/working capital objectives; quantify trade-offs and present recommendations.
Lead cross-functional coordination with procurement, engineering, logistics, finance, and suppliers to manage supply risks and drive measurable improvements through analytics and standardized processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from top-tier Indian institutes.
Minimum 7 years experience in supply chain planning, inventory optimization, spare-parts planning, repair operations, or related fields.
Demonstrated quantitative analysis skills applied to inventory policy, service levels, lead times, demand variability, or working-capital decisions.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in relevant supply chain or inventory roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing supply chains, particularly with spare parts and repair loops.
Able to lead and communicate complex supply chain strategies across global matrix organizations and multiple functions.
