Own end-to-end data flow analysis and management for partnership offers involving multiple teams (platform, credit risk, technology, CDAO).
Assess data risks and implement data quality controls including identification of critical data elements and metadata capture.
Lead stakeholder engagement to define data quality measurement rules, manage work streams independently, and contribute to improving data literacy and quality.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years hands-on experience in Data Warehouse/ETL concepts and migration.
Proficient in SQL and T-SQL with experience writing stored procedures, including in Snowflake and ELT tools like DBT with macro development.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent, or post-graduation in Computer Applications, IT, or Business Administration.
Experience with data management frameworks, data quality assessment, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working with cross-functional teams in complex data environments, especially relating to credit risk or financial data.
Demonstrates strong risk mindset and ability to manage stakeholder relationships and workstreams independently.
Comfortable in Agile environments with skills in pipeline implementation, CI/CD, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) preferred.
