Lead and coordinate P1/P2/P3 major incidents across infrastructure and application domains as Technical Incident Commander.
Drive operational resilience by managing incident response, root cause analysis, problem management, and reliability engineering.
Lead automation, observability, and operational excellence initiatives to improve service availability and reduce manual effort.
Minimum Requirements
16+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Production Support or Technical Operations in large-scale 24x7 enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or related discipline.
Strong technical knowledge across at least three domains: Windows Server, VMware, Unix/Linux/AIX, Network, Databases, Storage, Backup, or Container platforms.
Experience with ITIL frameworks, incident/problem/change management, and service delivery processes in enterprise environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader capable of end-to-end Major Incident Management and operational governance in complex enterprise infrastructure setups.
Hands-on expertise in multiple technology domains (e.g., virtualization, network services, database, storage) and automation tools (Ansible, Python, Shell, PowerShell).
Proven ability to partner across cross-functional engineering, operations, cybersecurity and vendor teams to enhance reliability and operational maturity, preferably with financial services or regulated sectors exposure.
