Design and develop scalable, efficient distributed filesystem components and frameworks used by millions on Salesforce's cloud platform.
Lead and mentor a software engineering team including managing roadmap, requirements, and unblocking execution to deliver high-quality SaaS products.
Own complex technical design, code quality, incident management, and architectural improvements across backend microservices in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of software development experience with mastery in systems design and programming.
Deep knowledge of distributed filesystem design in on-premise and cloud environments.
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, and experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Trino).
Experience building SaaS products on public cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and delivering distributed systems at scale with expertise in queues, locks, scheduling, and event-driven architecture.
Proven leadership in engineering best practices including scalability, security, fault tolerance, concurrency, and database modeling.
Capable of driving complex technical solutions end-to-end while mentoring teams and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced multinational environment.
