Manage and execute health and safety compliance, hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation at Salesforce Tower, Bangalore and other India sites.
Lead incident management, investigation, and corrective actions related to health and safety incidents, including serving in an on-call rotation.
Develop and deliver health & safety training, emergency response team programs, and employee engagement initiatives such as CAREforce in India.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 5+ years experience in health, safety & preparedness program management or related services.
Must have technical knowledge of Indian health & safety laws and regulations (e.g. Shops & Establishment Act, Factories Act, BOCW Act, Karnataka state regulations).
Local, onsite presence required in Bangalore office; primary responsibility for Salesforce Tower, Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing health and safety in large, multi-tenant commercial environments or similar complex facilities.
Proficient in incident response, emergency preparedness, and leading cross-functional safety programs and training.
Strong familiarity with compliance audits, regulatory requirements, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders including Real Estate and Workplace Services teams.
