Lead engineering, operations, governance, and improvement of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services covering authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, access governance, and privileged access.

Ensure operational excellence including platform stability, control effectiveness, compliance, and delivery of IAM modernization initiatives aligned with strategic roadmaps.

Manage cross-functional delivery, stakeholder engagement, audit readiness, and lead a team of engineers, architects, and analysts driving secure, scalable IAM capabilities.

7+ years in Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity Engineering, Security Operations, or related technology disciplines.

3+ years managing engineering, delivery, governance, or operational teams.

Experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, Entra ID, Ping, CyberArk, Saviynt, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA, and access governance platforms.

Experience working in regulated financial services or similarly regulated environments; familiarity with NIST, FFIEC, ISO 27001, SOC, NYDFS frameworks.

Proven capability in leading large IAM engineering and operations teams in complex, regulated financial services contexts.

Experienced in driving platform stability, improving control effectiveness, regulatory audit readiness, and successful delivery of IAM strategic initiatives.

Able to manage diverse stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams to achieve operational excellence and modernization of workforce access services.
