Provide analytic and administrative support to traders, managing workflow distribution and resource use for operational efficiency.
Serve as key subject matter expert and mentor, possibly overseeing daily operational activities and junior staff work without formal management role.
Act as single point of contact for projects, ensuring timely progress, SLA/KPI adherence, process documentation, and exception reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as Senior Analyst, preferably in Trade and Settlements or Asset Servicing in Financial Services Industry.
Graduate degree required; Commerce background preferred.
Must be flexible to work in shifts and/or on a rotational basis.
Sustained performance over at least 24 months with relevant core skills and competencies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Trade and Settlements with comprehensive understanding of trade lifecycle and asset servicing practices.
Demonstrates high ownership, decision-making ability, and capability to manage team workflow and project delivery independently.
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels, including committees and senior management, and able to maintain strong relationships across teams.
