Design, plan, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for enterprise applications.
Analyze application behavior and identify performance bottlenecks across application, database, JVM, infrastructure, and network layers.
Collaborate with Developers, QA, DBAs, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot, report, and provide recommendations for performance issues and production readiness.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Performance Testing / Performance Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and API performance testing (REST/HTTP, JSON/XML, Postman).
Good knowledge of Java/JVM performance (heap, threads, GC, JVM tuning), Linux/Unix shell scripting, and Oracle database performance (AWR/ASH, execution plans).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end performance engineering including test design, execution, and deep root-cause analysis using JVM and database monitoring tools.
Comfortable working across multiple technology layers (application, database, infrastructure, Kubernetes, cloud platforms like OCI/Azure).
Able to independently manage multiple performance testing activities and communicate technical findings effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
