Design and implement tools and systems to improve availability, latency, scalability, and overall system health for high-uptime services (99.99%+).
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, blameless postmortems, and drive performance engineering including defining SLIs/SLOs and managing error budgets.
Collaborate across engineering, platform, and product teams to embed reliability best practices, automate recovery, and champion observability across distributed systems.
Minimum Requirements
7–12 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering roles.
Proficiency in Linux system administration, coding, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipeline design, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Knowledge of security best practices, high availability and disaster recovery strategies, and observability tooling (monitoring, logging, tracing).
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and scaling distributed production services with high uptime targets (99.99%+).
Demonstrated success in reducing incident frequency and improving metrics such as Mean Time To Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time To Recover (MTTR).
Strong operator and collaborator comfortable in high-pressure incident scenarios and driving automation for resilience and observability.
