Lead design and development of the Agentic Harness to execute complex multi-step AI workflows by coordinating across multiple internal teams.
Own end-to-end agent quality including building evaluation platforms, datasets, automated graders, and release gates to convert qualitative feedback into measurable and resolvable failure modes.
Develop and maintain production-grade AI agent services focusing on security, observability, efficiency, and operational controls, while setting technical direction across teams.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years software engineering experience with technical leadership on complex production systems.
Experience shipping and operating LLM applications, AI agents, or model-backed workflows in production.
Proficiency in Python and at least one systems or application programming language such as Java, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building distributed, high-throughput, and fault-tolerant service architectures relevant to AI agent runtimes and workflow engines.
Skilled in evaluation and measurement of nondeterministic AI systems beyond single aggregate metrics, integrating evaluation into product engineering.
Capable of operating cross-functional projects that span infrastructure, product, applied AI, and security domains in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
