Minimum Requirements
2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform implementation or off-platform development.
Experience implementing business rules and scripts on ServiceNow (e.g., client scripts, fix scripts, schedule jobs).
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate AI-generated outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and PaaS model focused on integration solutions.
Experience with agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security practices.
Familiarity with HRSD domain and NowAssist preferred but not mandatory.
