Technical ownership and accountability for all government deployments, overseeing processes from scoping to go-live and post-launch reporting.
Lead the most complex or high-stakes deployments personally, acting as the key technical contact for senior government officials including IAS-level stakeholders.
Drive technical solutioning for RFPs and proposals, manage data security and compliance discussions, and convert field feedback into platform development priorities.
Minimum Requirements
Approximately 10 years in software engineering with at least 4 years in client-facing deployment, solutions, or implementation roles.
Minimum 2 years experience leading engineers or technical teams managing multiple concurrent deployments.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, SQL, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), production monitoring, and practical experience with LLM-based systems (prompting, RAG, function calling, evaluation, guardrails).
Fluent executive-level communication skills in English and Hindi, including presenting to non-technical senior audiences; willingness to travel and be onsite during critical deployments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience delivering complex systems under tight timelines to enterprise or public-sector clients, ideally with exposure to government projects or PSUs.
Comfort and experience with government procurement processes such as RFPs, technical bids, UAT, sign-off, payment milestones, and audits.
Ability to communicate technical concepts and architectural roadmaps convincingly to senior government officials and to lead cross-functional teams under pressure.
