Govern and enforce enterprise-wide standards for data & analytics modeling and performance within Databricks Lakehouse.
Lead architectural design and quality assurance of data warehouse, semantic modeling, and AI/ML integration across global, multi-domain teams.
Coordinate and enable 25+ data engineering and data science professionals, ensuring reusable and scalable core data artifacts and architectures.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
6–10 years of experience in data engineering focusing on enterprise data warehouse, lakehouse modeling, and ML integration.
Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones and cultures (India, Germany, Philippines preferred).
Certifications in Databricks or Microsoft preferred but not mandatory.

Strong expertise in large-scale semantic, warehouse, and advanced analytics design, including ML/AI pipeline integration.
