Own and execute small to medium site reliability projects independently, including design and delivery.
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure code to solve business problems following SRE best practices.
Implement and improve observability, SLO monitoring, alerting, and use enterprise-authorized AI tools to optimize incident management and toil reduction.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of applied site reliability engineering experience with formal training or certification in SRE concepts.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java or Python, and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform).
Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, ECS.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within work environments for SRE workflows, with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Operates well independently on SRE projects with some cross-functional collaboration, focusing on measurable reliability outcomes.
Experienced in applying SRE best practices including toil elimination, monitoring, and auto-remediation within financial or large enterprise environments.
