Familiarity with site reliability engineering concepts and observability tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with incident management and root cause analysis in a production environment.
Comfortable working independently on projects with responsibilities spanning coding, systems engineering, and monitoring enhancements.
Familiar with continuous integration and delivery tools and emerging knowledge of cloud technologies and service level objectives.
