Own and govern the data ingestion and integration architecture for the enterprise data platform, including batch, streaming, API-based, and event-driven ingestion frameworks.
Provide technical leadership, design authority, and mentoring for data platform ingestion and integration components ensuring scalability, reliability, and engineering quality.
Establish and enforce software engineering standards (CI/CD, testing, observability), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive consistency and reuse across the data platform ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
6-10 years of experience in software engineering and data platform development focused on large-scale enterprise-grade systems.
Hands-on experience with Scala/Java and Python in production software engineering environments.
Experience with data integration patterns (APIs, CDC, streaming), CI/CD, and working knowledge of Azure or other hyperscaler environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has proven technical leadership and architectural ownership in distributed systems or data platforms.
Experienced in designing reusable frameworks and enforcing engineering standards across production-grade ingestion services.
