Own end-to-end delivery and technical accountability for every government deployment, including scoping, UAT, go-live, and post-launch reporting.
Lead the most complex or high-stakes deployments and integrations, presenting architecture and performance to IAS-level and department heads.
Manage data security, hosting, compliance, and lead technical solutioning for RFPs, proposals, and pre-bid discussions.
Minimum Requirements
~10 years in software engineering with 4+ years in client-facing deployment, solutions, or implementation engineering.
2+ years leading engineers or teams across multiple concurrent deployments.
Hands-on expertise in Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, SQL, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), production monitoring, and practical experience with LLM-based systems.
Executive-level communication skills in English and Hindi, willingness to travel and be on-site during critical deployment phases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing multiple complex government or enterprise deployments simultaneously under tight deadlines and changing requirements.
Strong technical operator with deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and LLM system development integrating voice AI solutions.
Comfortable engaging with senior government officials and non-technical executives, guiding proposals, presentations, and compliance discussions.
