Ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of front-to-back post-trade processing platforms.
Perform incident management including triage, troubleshooting, communication, and post-incident reviews to minimize business impact.
Build and enhance deployment, observability, and automation capabilities using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry to improve service availability and reduce manual work.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Production Support, or Application Support.
Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go, or Java.
Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments, monitoring/observability tooling, incident management, and event-driven architectures such as Kafka.
