Technical ownership and accountability for end-to-end delivery of government deployment projects, including scoping, UAT, go-live, and post-launch reporting.
Lead the Forward Deployed Engineering team and personally manage the most complex and high-stakes deployments and integrations.
Engage with senior government officials and stakeholders for architecture presentations, compliance discussions, and technical solutioning for RFPs and proposals.
Minimum Requirements
Approximately 10 years in software engineering with at least 4 years in client-facing deployment, solutions, or implementation engineering roles.
Minimum 2 years experience leading engineers or as a technical lead managing multiple concurrent deployments.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and/or TypeScript, API integrations, SQL, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and production monitoring.
Experience with LLM-based systems involving prompting, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), function calling, evaluation, and guardrails; plus executive-level communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering complex technology solutions to enterprise or public-sector clients under tight deadlines and changing requirements.
Comfortable interfacing with senior government and IAS-level officials for technical presentations and compliance negotiations.
Capable of working onsite during critical phases with willingness to travel and handle government procurement and delivery processes.
