Technical owner for all government AI deployments from scoping through go-live and post-launch reporting.
Lead and personally manage the most complex, high-stakes deployments and integrations.
Partner with division leadership on proposals, pricing, SLAs, and present to senior government officials including IAS-level stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
~10 years in software engineering with 4+ years client-facing deployment, solutions, or implementation engineering experience.
2+ years leading engineers formally or as a tech lead across multiple concurrent deployments.
Strong hands-on skills in Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, SQL, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), production monitoring.
Practical experience delivering LLM-based systems (prompting, RAG, function calling, evaluation, guardrails).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex system deliveries to enterprise/public-sector clients amid tight timelines and changing requirements.
Able to communicate effectively in English and Hindi, including executive-level presentations and writing for non-technical senior audience.
Comfortable traveling and onsite presence during critical deployment phases; familiarity with government procurement and delivery processes is a plus.
