Own accurate and timely client billing for Time & Material and Lump Sum projects, coordinating invoice preparation, issuance, and approval processes.
Manage project financial administration including variance management, billing adjustments, write-offs, and milestone billing activities in compliance with approval workflows.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Partners-in-Charge, Finance teams, and escalate billing issues to support project profitability, cash flow, and achievement of key business KPIs such as Net Revenue, EBITDA/PBBIT, and WIP DSO targets.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Project Accounting, O2C, Billing, Revenue Operations, or related finance processes.
Experience with client invoicing, billing administration, financial reconciliations, and ERP/billing tools.
Ability to work in EMEA or North America shifts (shift work required).
Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant finance/accounting roles.

Experience operating in a global, multi-stakeholder environment supporting project financial health and billing compliance.
Skilled in handling billing discrepancies, variance corrections, and financial control/compliance within project accounting contexts.
