Develop, test, and deploy application components based on functional requirements, ensuring agile delivery timelines.

Support and guide lower-level analysts, participate in code and test case reviews, and provide operational support to business users post-implementation.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of relevant applications development experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience with Docker, OpenShift Linux build, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and modern development practices such as automated testing, agile methodology, and continuous integration.
Ability to operate with limited supervision and provide expertise as a subject matter expert.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in Docker, Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux environments.
Experience in financial services domain, preferably with securities, custody, or SWIFT protocols (15022/20022).
Demonstrated ability to independently manage technical issues and influence senior stakeholders in a virtual, culturally diverse team environment.
