Conduct deep secondary market research to build structured intelligence on company profiles, ownership relationships, investments, deals, valuations, and corporate events.
Analyze complex deal and ownership data, including M&A transactions, investment rounds, ownership changes, and corporate restructuring, applying judgment under ambiguity.
Use AI-enabled research tools and workflows to improve research speed, source comparison, data quality, and collaboration with global teams.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 18 months of relevant experience in research, financial/market data, private markets, deals, ownership, or business intelligence.
Post Graduate degree or BTech with excellent academic record.
Strong primary-source research skills and ability to interpret structured and unstructured data, including ambiguous/conflicting information.
Proficiency in Excel, Office 365, SharePoint; SQL and Python preferred; exposure to AI-assisted research tools and prompt-driven workflows.

Experience working at the intersection of private markets domain expertise, research & analysis, and AI-enabled workflows.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete or conflicting data requiring judgment and synthesis.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with global data, product, and engineering teams to maintain high data quality and deliver structured intelligence.
