Own a defined product area focused on AI-augmented self-driving workflows and assurance dashboards for network admins and IT engineers.
Lead AI-scaled qualitative research, synthesize data insights, and integrate AI tools to inform product design decisions.
Create and evaluate production-ready UI using AI design-to-code tools, focusing manual craft on the 10% of the experience that defines the product’s soul.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of product design experience with strong visual design, interaction design, and design systems expertise.
Hands-on fluency or fast learning ability with AI design-to-code tools (e.g., VS Code, Claude Design) and AI research/analytics tools (e.g., Dovetail, Perspective AI).
Comfortable working with data and product metrics to guide design decisions.
Location: Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India with minimum 2 days per week onsite attendance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing complex, data-dense enterprise UX for network/IT operations or related domains.
Able to integrate advanced AI tools into the design workflow, balancing AI automation with manual craftsmanship.
