Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using RPGLE, ILE RPG, CLP, and DB2 on IBM i (AS/400) platform.
Perform application support including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and stakeholders through the software development lifecycle and support production deployments.
Minimum Requirements
4-10 years of experience in RPGLE development and IBM i (AS/400) environment.
Strong skills in RPGLE, ILE RPG, Free Format RPG, CLLE, and DB2/400, including SQL and embedded SQL.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Work Location: Noida, Pune, or Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in application maintenance, enhancements, production support, and debugging on IBM i platform.
Familiar with software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management, and version control processes.
Knowledge of banking, financial services, insurance, or retail domains and exposure to APIs and application integration is preferred.
