Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Own and manage deployment, integration, administration, enhancement, and operational support of IAM and enterprise security platforms, including SailPoint, PingFederate, CyberArk, and others.
Develop and maintain Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) workflows such as Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), access requests, certifications, provisioning, roles, connectors, and plugins.
Provide technical leadership by defining governance policies, leading teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring secure application onboarding and platform reliability.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of hands-on experience in IAM, IGA, enterprise security platforms, or related technical fields.
Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including developing workflows, forms, connectors, rules, plugins, and integrations.
Proficiency implementing and supporting PingFederate, PingAccess, and identity protocols SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and federated identity.
Technical skills in programming/scripting: Java/J2EE, Python, PowerShell, Bash, or .NET; experience in platform deployment, integration, troubleshooting, and Agile delivery environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced platform owner comfortable managing full lifecycle of enterprise IAM and security tools with strong technical delivery skills in complex, regulated, or large-scale environments.
Capable of hands-on development and automation in SailPoint and SSO solutions while leading and mentoring technical teams within Agile frameworks.
Strong in integrating security standards, policies, and governance, with knowledge of cloud security and DevSecOps preferred but not mandatory.
