Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Pega programmes/projects managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, testers, DevOps, and production-support in Agile environments.
Oversee delivery planning, sprint execution, release management, production deployment, and act as primary client interface.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years IT experience with 5+ years managing Pega/technology programmes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or Business Administration; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Mandatory certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe Agilist or equivalent baseline; Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II or SAFe Scrum Master.
Experience with Agile methodology (SAFe or scaled Agile), Pega Agile Studio, Jira/Azure DevOps tools, financial and commercial management, and delivery governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced delivery lead with strong expertise in Pega implementation lifecycle and scaled Agile frameworks.
Proven capability managing large-scale, multi-workstream, and multi-vendor distributed teams of 20+ members.
Familiarity with financial services/insurance domain and managing commercial models including fixed-price and T&M engagements.
