Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing for Pega applications.
Manage defect lifecycle and support release quality gates with test execution reports and quality dashboards.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and developers to ensure requirements understanding and identify quality risks across Pega workflows, APIs, and UI components.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (BCA/MCA/B.Sc also acceptable).
Minimum 4+ years overall software testing experience; 2+ years specifically testing Pega applications.
Experience with Pega Case Management, workflows, SLAs, Pega Scenario Testing, API testing (REST/SOAP), and SQL/database validation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Pega-specific testing including unit testing, scenario testing, and test automation within an Agile environment.
Skilled in end-to-end quality assurance encompassing API integration, security/role-based access, and cross-browser UI validations.
Holds or is pursuing relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Certified Pega System Architect, or Agile testing certifications.
