Own Fixed Asset, Intercompany Accounting, accruals, pre-payments, and balance sheet reconciliations within Finance & Accounting.
Prepare GST/VAT returns, variance analysis, and accounting packs for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
Review junior team members' work, maintain process documentation, and drive process efficiency improvements.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years of accounting experience in a multinational environment.
Experience with accounting systems such as Workday or other ERP systems.
Knowledge of Financial Accounting and local GAAP to US GAAP reconciliation for GST/VAT and payroll taxes.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multinational accounting environments with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
Able to lead process improvements and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Capable of supporting and reviewing team members' work and managing documentation rigorously.
