Own end-to-end execution of AI-assisted identity migration pipelines and demo environments within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
Ingest and process complex customer identity data, manage multi-agent AI workflows, troubleshoot model outputs, and perform hands-on configuration and remediation.
Partner cross-functionally to accelerate customer onboarding, validate AI outputs against real tenant data, and contribute to automation and tooling improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
3–5+ years professional experience in enterprise software, systems integration, or tech consulting.
3+ years hands-on experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or pre-sales solution engineering.
Technical skills in web services, APIs, application servers, databases, enterprise directories (LDAP/Active Directory), SaaS/cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) / IAM solutions with hands-on exposure to SailPoint ISC or IdentityIQ preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work with AI developer tools, multi-agent orchestration, and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and integration.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to handle complex identity migration data, with capability to improve internal agentic prompts and workflows.
