Support end-to-end operational delivery and administration of global learning and Academy programs ensuring timely, accurate learner support and service.
Coordinate global Academy events, manage learning management systems and platforms, monitor service delivery performance, and support continuous improvement projects.
Partner with HR, L&D, Talent, business stakeholders, and vendors to align Academy operations with business needs and global HR priorities.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience supporting global L&D operations, preferably in a multinational organization and professional services environment.
Mandatory course administration experience and proficiency with Workday and MS Office; hands-on experience with multiple Academy platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LMS, Qualtrics, Degreed etc.) highly preferred.
Any Graduate/Post-Graduate degree required.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant L&D operational roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in program management within multi-geography/global L&D operations or HR service delivery roles with strong organizational and operational coordination skills.
Technologically adept with ability to leverage multiple learning and HR platforms and virtual delivery tools (e.g., WebEx, Zoom, MS Teams) for efficient Academy service delivery.
Strong communication skills to liaise with global internal and external stakeholders, with an ability to independently drive process improvements and maintain learner-centric service standards.
