Lead all engineering aspects and decision-making for the team focusing on backend lending systems.
Define, execute engineering plans and maintain production system hygiene in the areas under your ownership.
Own business health of the team’s domain, challenge product/business outcomes, manage stakeholder communication, and lead hiring and mentoring of the engineering team.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of software development experience with at least 1 year in team leadership roles.
Degree requirement: BTech, MTech, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
Proven experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems and simple to complex solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present complex technical information.
