Provide in-depth technical support for Snowflake Cortex and ML product lines, troubleshooting complex customer issues involving AI/ML workloads, Python runtimes, and ML libraries.
Investigate and resolve programmability issues including DevOps and Kubernetes, while adhering to SLAs and escalation procedures to ensure fast resolution.
Contribute to knowledge base documentation, report bugs and feature requests, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years experience in a technical support or similar customer-facing technical role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud provider ecosystem, working knowledge of Python and relevant ML libraries, and intermediate understanding of Large Language Models in enterprise applications.
Must work 4th/night shift starting around 10:00 PM IST and participate in pager duty rotations covering nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience supporting complex AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms, with practical knowledge of MLOps, DevOps, and software development principles including version control.
Ability to quickly analyze, troubleshoot and communicate complex technical issues in a customer-facing environment with attention to detail.
Comfortable working flexible night shifts in a fast-paced 24x7 technical support environment involving incident management and escalation.
