Support management and optimization of the collections process for outstanding client payments under senior supervision.
Monitor accounts receivable, proactively contact clients to collect payments, and follow up on overdue invoices via multiple communication channels.
Assist in billing dispute resolution, collections reporting, forecasting, and maintain accurate collections records.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
Entry level experience as a Collections Analyst or similar financial analysis role preferred.
Basic experience working with large corporate clients required.
