Support team lead to supervise and perform day-to-day engineering data, document, and model transactions globally across time zones.
Implement and ensure compliance with IMD policies and controls for managing engineering data, documents, and models in Bentley ALIM system.
Provide consolidated reporting and analysis on quality, performance, risks, and remediation actions to support decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, science, or technical subject.
6+ years experience in document control and data management in a global organization with high transaction volume.
Significant experience with Electronic Document Management Systems and Engineering Data Warehouses, specifically Bentley ALIM.
Experience in information assurance, governance, quality assurance, customer support, and incident leadership.
