Generate client research reports including market trends, thematic reports, predictive analytics and forward-looking insights to support JLL's business lines.
Develop and deliver business support and client presentations using dynamic formats, dashboards, and tech tools such as GIS and AI for enhanced research outputs.
Monitor policy announcements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate and economic landscapes, contributing to thought leadership and media releases.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Real Estate (Planning or Architecture), Economics, or Business Administration.
2-4 years of relevant work experience in research or analytics related to real estate or economic data.
Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis software including GIS and AI tools.
On-site work location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling large datasets and proficient in data cleaning, preparation, interpretation, and statistical analysis using Excel and other data management systems.
Comfortable working with tech tools and AI-enabled platforms for research and visualization, able to create cutting-edge dashboards and reports.
Familiar with real estate market dynamics and able to track competitor intelligence, macroeconomic trends and industry developments relevant to client needs.
