Own and design a defined product area focused on AI-augmented workflows for network admins and IT leaders, delivering clear, trustworthy, and impactful user experiences.
Run large-scale AI-driven user research, synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and iterate designs that connect to real business outcomes.
Develop advanced prototypes including AI-assisted code generation, contribute to design systems, and evaluate AI features to ensure high-quality user experiences.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating visual, interaction, and design system skills.
Hands-on experience or fast learning ability with at least one AI design-to-code tool (e.g., VS Code, Claude Design) and one AI research/analytics tool (e.g., Dovetail, Perspective AI).
Ability to work hybrid onsite in Bengaluru, India office (minimum 2 days/week).
Comfort analyzing product metrics and using data to inform design decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex, data-dense enterprise UX targeting IT and networking professionals.
Demonstrates a builder mentality: prefers working prototypes over static designs and embraces AI-augmented workflows and tools.
